We just moved to Lubbock but I had to work out of town and was missing my daughter's birthday. I asked if they could include an Amazon card. She said it's not something they offer but could absolutely go purchase one to deliver with the arrangement. My daughter loved her flowers and I love the extra effort. I will definitely call on them again.

There were no flowers in the back of the vase. You had to put flowers against a wall. Don’t know what the stem flowers are called but they are limp and almost dead half way up the stem.

These people here are incredible. I called to order a custom corsage for my wife for second-chance prom, and the owner helped me to customize it so that it would look great. It was exactly what I needed, and my wife was ecstatic. I told the owner I was surprising my wife with it. After the order, she realized that my wife probably wasn't going to get be a boutonniere, so she called me back and told me she'd throw one in for free. When I went to pick up the flowers, her and her husband were extremely kind and welcoming, and they even threw in another free flower and balloon for my daughter to pick out. These people are amazing, and they've gained me as a customer for life!

The arrangement I purchased for my precious Aunt for Mother's Day was delivered yesterday. Gorgeous! She was so pleased, and said the gentleman who delivered it was so very kind, and helpful. Your beautiful floral creations & outstanding customer service has won a very loyal customer. Thank you!

Picking an out of town florist is always difficult. However, this time I was very happy with my selection. I called on Sassy Floral Creations to create a sympathy floral arrangement. Emma was so helpful and patient in discussing options that the end product was beautiful. This type of customer service and personalized attention is almost non-existent now days.
