I rarely write reviews, but I had to come here to brag on the florists at Blitz & Co. Not only were the flowers stunning and exactly what I wanted, the customer service was impeccable. We were in Gig Harbor for my brother’s wedding so I was arranging flowers from out of state, Blitz was easy to coordinate delivery with and went above and beyond with my flower selections. I called two other florists requesting red poppies and was told they weren’t in season yet. Blitz said they would try their best but couldn’t guarantee them and then arrived with the biggest red poppies I’d ever seen (photo of my hand for comparison below). I gave them creative liberty to go for funky shapes and was so happy with what they delivered. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Amazing job by Blitz for the spectacular flower arrangements for my mother’s funeral! They are simply the best in Pierce County. My go-to florist!

I’m so happy that we chose Blitz for our wedding! First of all, they actually answered the phone. I had intended to meet with a few florists, but none of them answered their phones of even got back to me when I left contact info via phone or website. Carrie curated the most beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids and me, as well as boutonnières for the guys and corsages for the moms.We also ordered bouquet arrangements and arrangements for the arbor. All of it was gorgeous!!! Our flowers were delivered on time to our venue and the delivery man got the arrangements set up for us. They were wonderful and I’m so happy they helped make our day so special.

Have used Blitz Florist in Tacoma on multiple occasions. This time Sarah was very helpful in putting together a beautiful birthday bouquet for my girlfriend.

I am disappointed in the lack of customer care and consideration from a family-run small business. Especially after having been very patient and understanding with my floral designer. While it is a beautiful store with lovely arrangements, the response to my concern was simply bad business. Accountability on behalf of the business was not taken. On a day as significant (and already stressful) as my wedding day, this was a completely avoidable inconvenience (and poor review). Sadly, as Blitz & Co clearly had no intention of keeping a local customer, I will not be returning.
