Really had a great experience with this flower shop. I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a loved one grieving. There were some issues with delivering to her apartment with a locked door to get to the apartments. Ben was very kind, called and was willing to work with me to make the delivery at another time. Overall the communication was top notch. The flowers were ultimately delivered and my loved one was absolutely touched and in awe of how beautiful looking, and smelling they were. This florist went above and beyond even what was necessary to make this delivery meaningful in a time of heavy heartache for our family. So grateful to have found this business and to have had such a good experience. 1000% recommend.

I don't know what kind of magic is happening at Boesen the Florist, but every arrangement looks like it belongs in a magazine. Safe to say, shopping here makes me look more thoughtful than I actually am. Top-notch service, great people, and unreal flowers. Hard to beat.

Extremely disappointed with this florist. I used 1-800-FLOWERS to order a large flower arrangement for the Celebration of Life for my parents. I would have normally used someone I knew, but I live in Texas and mistaking assumed they would use a good local florist. The floral arrangement I ordered was nothing like what was delivered. I called 1-800-FLOWERS to complain and they said they would have the florist replace the arrangement that same day. Once Boesen received the identical order, a woman called me from Boesen to find out why I ordered it again. I told her it looked NOTHING like what I had ordered and she said they were out of baby's breath. I told her that is was almost ALL greenery and it lacking more than that, it was lacking a lot of flowers. She treated me like an idiot and refused to tell me when it would be re-delivered and was dismissive of my compaints. After a few hours, my cousin, who was waiting for the delivery finally called her. Again, she was rude and refused to let us know when it would be delivered. After some more time, my cousin called again. The lady at Boesen said she would call the delivery driver. She finally did 1 1/2 hours later. When the delivery driver found out about the fiasco, she was mortified by the actions of the woman at Boesen. The delivery driver would have delivered our arrangement first if she had known what happened and had known that we were waiting to take it to Iowa Falls. The woman at Boesen made a very emotional and stressful time a thousand times worse. I will NEVER use this florist or recommend them to anyone. In the end, I still paid almost $200 for an arrangement that still was not correct, but was at least minimally acceptable. The final arrangement finally had the roses, lillies and baby's breath, but it was the smaller version of the large arrangement I ordered. The owner of the company left my cousin a message and she let them know to call me. This all happened on May 3rd and I have yet to receive a phone call or minimal apology and it is is now May 8th. I won't hold my breath.

My father recently passed away and my wonderful coworkers sent some flowers to my house. The delivery lady was so nice and wonderful. She noticed we had a dog and asked is she could give him a toy. I said okay and she brought three for my dog to choose from. During a dark time in my life this was just a wonderful thing to do. Watching my dog be so happy with a new toy brought a much needed smile to my face.

I have used Bosen several times, I recently sent my partner some flowers as I am living in a different state now and they were absolutely beautiful. They are not cheap but worth every penny. I've never actually called them and spoken to anyone but their online services have never failed me.
