Whenever I need to order flowers for a recipient out of town, I always go to the area and research the best floral shops. I was well served by Crescent Floral and Gifts for my cousin and her family in Grand Rapids, MI. They had the unfortunate news that their daughter had died just before Thanksgiving. She lived in another state and arrangements are pending. By sending this beautiful Thanksgiving centerpiece, we could make an attempt to brighten the family's holiday during this very sad time. My cousin sent a photo and the arrangement was spectacular. Thank you to the staff at Crescent Floral and Gifts.

Phenomenal arrangement… (huge-picture doesn’t do it justice) very helpful/kind.. fast delivery. I finally found the perfect florist after disappointment with so many others. Highly recommend! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

I ordered flowers for a friend during the crazy snow/cold two weeks. She was not home after multiple attempts to deliver the flowers, but they kept in contact with me, remade the arrangements and continued trying after multiple days of attempts! I SO appreciate their hard work and excellent communication! I will definitely use them again!

I had the best experience! Leanna was absolutely amazing she listened to what I wanted, was so extremely patient over the phone and I trusted her with full creative freedom. She completely exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was stunning, and the flowers were delivered exactly when I requested. Truly exceptional service and talent. Highly recommend!
