I went to Evergreen Florist to choose flowers for my mom’s funeral and they were so helpful and kind. I felt like they took the time to learn what my mom loved and were able to capture that in her flowers. They were absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way.

My father recently passed away and I searched for florists who would help me with the burial arrangements and create something personal for my dad. I’ve never had to buy flowers before and was way out of my comfort zone. Website after website listed generic photos of the exact same patriotic arrangements. They felt cheap and common and the prices varied dramatically for the exact same arrangements. Most florist didn’t even list on their site that they do funeral arrangements. I called Evergreen Florists after my mom received a beautiful arrangement by them for her condolences. Jo answered immediately and gave me so much compassion and kindness when talking about my loss and what I was looking for. She made an appointment for me to come in and look at what they had to offer that was different from their website. I arrived and was delighted to meet their bull dog Clovis - a little pet therapy during a time of grief was a nice surprise. I met with Jo and had a table to look over all the arrangements and she worked with me to customize the arrangements. There was no rush or pressure. She even agreed to delivery all the way out at the cemetery so we didn’t have to worry about transporting flowers the morning of the burial. Her mom and her even worked to make a custom picture frame arrangement. The day of the burial was difficult and we arrived early to ensure things were going smoothly. To my surprise, Jo’s mom - the florist - was there at the cemetery personally to make sure all the arrangements looked as beautiful as they could be. The personal touch and the gentleness they gave us was outstanding. The price was reasonable - if not less than I expected. They even threw in 2 extra American flags to honor my dad’s service. They made me feel like his loss was as important to them as it was to us. Thank you so much!! I will use them again and again!!

I had Jo and her team at Evergreen Florist design flowers for an event. Her entire team provided the most wonderful service and the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. They went above and beyond to bring my vision for the event to life. They were so kind, easy to work with, extremely helpful, and the flowers blew me away. I got so many compliments from guests. I can’t thank Jo and her team enough for all their hard work. I highly recommend Evergreen florist for a large event or personal delivery. They are wonderful.

I called Evergreen Florist in Spokane to order flowers for my daughter, who had just welcomed her first baby — and WOW, they absolutely knocked it out of the park. 💐✨ Not only were they incredibly fast, but the bouquet they created was beautiful. What meant the most, though, was how genuinely excited they were for me. Customer service these days can be hit or miss, and it’s rare to talk to someone who truly shares in your joy and understands the importance of the moment. Evergreen made the whole experience feel special. I walked away with flowers that were perfect and a smile on my face. I can’t recommend them enough!

I ordered the Christmas Popper arrangement online the day before delivery. The next day, I received an email notification with a picture of the flowers delivered to my Grandma for Christmas. The flowers were as shown on their website and were beautiful. My Grandma loved them. Definitely will is them in the future!
