Amazing bouquet for my girlfriend's birthday. The flowers chosen and the way the bouquet was strategically placed each petal and flower was absolutely stunning. The colors were amazing and the quality as well, over a week later and they still looking amazing.

Absolutely love the flowers! My mom loved the vase that was set up for her as well. This arrangement is called “Pretty Please” in size Deluxe. Gisselle was great at communicating and giving the best customer service. We were able to switch out the daisies for another flower and still make it beautiful.

I order a flowers for the first time in this place to send to my husband on Valentine’s Day, it was a such a horrendous experience. First they didn’t arrive on the 14th, when I try to call them just to make sure they will delivered them, because they closed at 6pm and it was 5:30 ( and my husband hadn’t received any flowers) never picked up (I called 3 times) so yeah our first Valentines as a married couple got ruined. At least they should have the decency to tell me they will never deliver them so I could bought from a different place. The next day I try to call them again to see what happened, and yeah they didn’t pick up so my husband had to called them. They answered and say it was a mistake with their delivery guy and that they will call him back to let him know when they were gonna deliver them. They never called him back my husband had to call them and they didn’t pick up, but 20 seconds later(aprox) they texted him telling him they were gonna deliver them the next day IN THE MORNING. Today he waited all morning for the flowers they never arrived so yes my husband had to called them AGAIN and they say yeah we will deliver them today. It is 4:15 pm and he just got them. 2 days after the delivery day They also told him they were gonna upgrade them AS A COURTESY like making us a favor, and yes it didn’t look like they upgraded them. If you can buy from a different place do it, horrible experience. They only answer when they want. They are better places that for the same money give you more flowers, deliver them on time and actually pick up the phone. Don’t buy from this place!

My best friend graduated from Esthetician school and now that we don’t live in the same city anymore I wanted to send her something special. This flower shop popped up in my search. I placed my order and the bouquet was delivered the same day. Clara called me to let me know about some adjustments to the bouquet. She sent me pics to make sure it was to my liking (my bff & I love a good aesthetic) and once I confirmed she let me know they would be delivered within the next hour. The communication was great and once I found out she’s a small business, she caught my heart. I love supporting other small businesses.

I tried ordering flowers and balloons for my friends birthday. The store said they were delivered, however, nothing arrived. The owner texted me back saying the Uber delivery stole the order. She guaranteed me she would personally deliver a fresh batch the next day. She said 3:45pm. When I checked in at 5pm to see if it was delivered, she didn’t reply to me and then just ghosted. I’m appalled that a business would do something like this to their customer. I demanded a refund, which I got- I would have marked the order as fraud had I not! But there was no apology or accountability. And I my friend waited two days for her gift and it didn’t come. This company wasted my time and thinks nothing of it! Take my advice and take your business elsewhere.
