I didn’t get the name of the woman who helped me but I just want to say thank you! I placed a same day order for my sisters birthday and they were able to put something together. I live in North Carolina and my sister is in California and they were so cooperative and very helpful! I’m so glad I got to give my sister something even when I’m so far. I wanted something with Lillie’s and they did not disappoint! So beautiful

I am so impressed and touchd with the amazing customer service Leticia provided from the moment I called to the following day once the flowers were delivered. AMAZING and they made the most gorgeous arrangement for my dear close friends. Above and beyond with a beautiful note too. I am so grateful I found them and highly recommend Hand Creations for all your special needs in floral design. Truly, they care and it shows with everything they do. A huge thank you!!!

Leticia at Hand Creations floral shop was a pleasure to work with for my wedding. She made sure the colors worked with my theme and the set up of the table centerpieces was beautiful. She did such a beautiful job with my bouquet. I loved it.

I called from out of town to Hand Creations because their prices looked the best around. I ordered "It's a Boy" flowers and balloon for my family when they had my grandson and they were delivered to the hospital. They were so professional and they texted me a picture of the flowers before they went out for delivery, that was awesome. Then to make it even more comforting I received an email with another picture of where they were delivered and who signed for them, which was great because it was confirmed they arrived to the right place and the right recipient. Just from start to finish this was the best experience I have ever had ordering flowers by far!!! Take a look at how fresh and full this bouquet was and it was such a decent price! Other places would have charged double the price for that type of bouquet. I will definitely always go back to this flower shop. I am 100% satisfied and it blew me away how wonderful and rich the flowers looked. If you are looking for a flower shop you should try this place out first. I want to use them for my wedding next year! I can't say enough great things about this place. I have ordered flowers many many times from out of town and have never had such good service in all areas and good product too!! Thank you Hand Creations!

Amazing service from Hand Creations Flower Shop & Events! I needed a balloon arrangement by 8:am and she went above and beyond by opening early so it would be ready on time. Beautiful work and truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
