This place IS A JOKE!!!! We placed an order with them for valentines weekend & that SAME day we called & let them know how nasty these flowers were. We didint realize how disgusting these flowers were until we took them out of the wrapping. We legit paid over $100+ for some nasty dead flowers. I end up calling & telling them THAT SAME DAY about the issue & they said I had to go that same day (MIND YOU ITS VALENTINES DAY)….. we do not end up going & now they come up with some story saying we can return the flowers TODAY February 16, 2026 so I let them know some were dead & nasty & some were thrown away & they said we cannot get a refund. Like how can we not get a refund for some trash flowers YOUR SHOP SOLD US!!!! This place is A JOKE! I have family who orders from here AND I WILL BE LETTING THEM KNOW TO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE EVER AGAIN! Y’all can keep your $125+ since yall are obviously that desperate to not give us back a refund!!!

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Hugo Flower Shop. The flowers I received looked nothing like what was advertised online. The arrangement was much smaller than expected, and several of the flowers were already wilting the same day I picked them up. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and presentation.i paid over 100 something I want my money back or im take further steps

Horrible experience. Online ordered for my Gf for Valentine’s Day. Input payment info and everything. Got confirmation email for my order. Today I’m calling to see the status of my order since it’s getting a bit later. Female associate had zero remorse for the situation, I’d give 0 stars if possible. Associate: Our website was taken offline on Wednesday because there were too many orders. Me: I have a confirmation email and an order number. Associate: Did you get a text confirmation? We always send a text confirmation when we confirm orders. Me: No.. but how was I supposed to know that? Associate: yeah we always send out a text confirmation when orders come through. Me: you guys need to do a better job, leave a note on your website or something when you take your website offline. Associate: Did you want to order something? Me: What do you have? Associate: We can do 1 dozen roses for $85. Me: I’m good, thanks Associate: Okay *Hangs up*

Won’t recommend buying from them had a really bad experience gave me dead flowers when I order them ask for a refund they refuse to give it to me told me it was my lost

Picked up some sunflowers early in the morning , I didn’t get to choose she handed me the bunch and once I unwrapped it from the plastic it was more noticeable they were very wilted .
