In Bloom delivered an arrangement to me last Friday and when I showed it to the sender, he was not happy with the quality of the Arrangement. He called and let them know. They agreed it was not their best work and this morning I received this beautiful arrangement along with a box of chocolates. We both really appreciate their honesty and prompt, not only correction but upgrade! Thank you and happy Valentines! You definitely made my day with these gorgeous flowers! 💐

I recently asked Hannah to create a handheld flower arrangement for my friend’s competition, and she absolutely nailed it. She matched the bouquet perfectly to my friend’s suit color, and the result was just gorgeous. I loved how it turned out. You can really see the care she puts into her work. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mom who lives in DFW. I ordered the bouquet at 9am and they were delivered to her door by 4pm. I am 1200 miles from this florist so I was nervous about the quality of the product that would be delivered. I have attached a photo of what the bouquet looked like on their website, followed by what actually arrived to my moms door step. I am blown away at how amazing the bouquet is. It’s even more beautiful than what is pictured on their website. In bloom won over my heart today and will be the only florist I ever use in DFW as long as they stay open.

the staff here is absolutely incredible! Hannah made a gorgeous arrangement within 3 minutes in store! and it’s absolutely beautiful. we will be coming back for prom.
