I truly cannot thank Jean’s Flowers enough for the incredible work they did. Ordering a floral arrangement for a loved one’s funeral from out of state felt like such a gamble, especially choosing a florist in an area I was not familiar with. I am beyond grateful that I chose them. Edie, who helped me over the phone, was so kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She genuinely listened to what I was hoping for and worked within the budget I gave her without ever making me feel pressured. I have ordered from many florists over the years and have not always had the best experiences. This was absolutely not one of those times. Not only did they stay within my budget, but they reassured me that the arrangement would reflect exactly what I had envisioned. They also ensured the flowers arrived ahead of time for the family, which meant so much on such a difficult day. When a loved one sent me a photo of the arrangement, I immediately teared up. The flowers were not only beautiful, they exceeded what we had discussed in both design and quality. They truly went above and beyond. Jeans florist went above and beyond for my wife. I had a simple request that my wife receive her delivery first thing on Valentines. While the holiday is one that celebrates relationships, partnerships, undying love and belief in the significance of your special someone. I must say this year for our family it is bitter sweet. The love of my life, my soul mate, the one I'm to grow old with received an advanced stage 4 cancer diagnosis. The prognosis while grim at best offered us an unexpected new normal. I must say that God is bigger than a diagnosis, and we are believing for a full healing. We never really know what tomorrow holds, but for me it is the prayer and hope that everyday I'm given with my wife is another day filled with a lifetime of love and new memories. Thank you to Jeans Florist for making my wifes day extra special. To see the light and love in her eyes will stay with me in my heart forever. Thank you to everyone at Jeans for going above and beyond for my beautiful wife.

August 12, 2025 update I bought cut flowers from Jean's today and they are GORGEOUS! I wanted to bless a dear friend so I ordered a dozen roses for $30.00. They are perfect! They were advertised as red roses, but she offered red, white or hot pink. Being me, I went with hot pink and I was not disappointed. Neither was my friend. She cried, and laughed, and cried and smiled! Jean's added greenery and baby's breath for an extra $5.00. It was totally worth it. I wish I had taken a photo of how they had them packaged for me. I felt like a beauty queen carrying them to my friend's door. Oh so pretty! I LOVE this place. The people are warm, helpful and kind. Their gifts are beautiful and fairly priced. Their live plants are healthy and well maintained. I bought the Mandevilla in the picture from them, and it has grown like wildfire. The blooms smell like a combination of gardenia and honeysuckle. They have a few left that I saw this morning. I haven't ordered cut flowers from them yet, but I've seen them being arranged, and it looks like they do a beautiful job on them. A few minutes in Jean's is better than a therapy session. You won't go wrong at Jean's for any of your flower or gift needs!

Before you talk about people who just placed an order with you, you really should make sure you've hung up the phone because I heard every word you said... for an hour and a half when I placed the order and then a half hour when I called to check on it. Typically pretty arrangements but this one was lackluster... tulips drooping and dropping petals. Truly disappointed you'd talk about your customers in such a manner and even more disappointed the arrangement did not look good. If you didn't want to do it after valentine's day (not a valentine's day order) and if you didn't want to deliver it, you should have said so. But if you're going to take an order make sure the flowers are fresh and look good and not just leftovers... and make sure you hang up your phone if you're going to talk about people!
