I had a previous post in disappointment of my experience. Come to find out, it was not Muffys fault at all. The arrangement was mistreated by the middle man(hotel). I have pulled down my previous post to credit a more proper rating and review. Chloe helped me with the experience and was extremely pleasant. She had an entirely new arrangement sent over to my wife and it was absolutely stunning!!! That right there is true customer service. I would most definitely use muffys again. Thank you all:-)

Couldn’t be happier with the service at Muffy’s!! They definitely went above and beyond with the arrangement of the bouquet and the delivery which was perfectly done on our special day! Thank you so much Muffy’s, you have a customer for life!

Beautiful flower arrangement. Delivered perfectly. I had ordered flowers last year from a different well known Anchorage florist. They were terrible. So I ordered this time from Muffy’s Flowers and was exquisitely satisfied with the quality, beauty and service. Will use them again for sure.

Wonderful experience with this place - I placed an order for pick up and was so pleased with the beautiful arrangement and kind staff. Our team needed flowers for a member who is in surgery, and it made me so happy to see such a beautiful arrangement would be there for him when he comes to. Thank you so much - yall will be our go-to for flowers in the future!

There is a reason this flourist shop has 5 stars still. I show up after closing time on the day before valentine's days, and the wonderful ladies are working super hard to make sure every man and woman have an amazing valentines day with perfect bouquets of flowers. Keep working hard life long customer from here ok out! ❤️
