New Design Floral is by far the BEST floral shop in West Michigan. Geniene has been truly phenomenal. I found out about this shop just over 2 years ago, and have been a loyal customer ever since. She has always helped me ensure that the bouquets she makes for me are cat safe (I have 3 at home), and my partner has loved every single bouquet that she has put together. Geniene's artistry and dedication to her craft is incredibly impressive. Not only that, but the level of customer service and care she has for her patrons is unmatched. If you're looking for a floral shop that truly cares about each person and flower arrangement, New Design Floral is the place to go!

You know how you're always wishing you lived in a vibrant neighborhood where you know the name of the butcher and baker and candlestick maker? This is that neighborhood! My girlfriends and I send each other flowers on our bdays, and we know we can walk into New Design Floral (or order online) and tell the folks about our budget and our friend's personality, and they'll always exceed our expectations.

I arrived towards closing time to the shop and the owner whipped up a flower arrangement for last minute and was a lifesaver. I told her what I needed and she creatively made up a very nice arrangement. Couldn’t be happier!
