Miss Bertha is truly God's gift to this green earth. For the past three years, she has handled all our floral deliveries excellently. The flowers are always fresh, and the arrangements are nothing short of art. She takes such care to maximize the presentation of the bouquets, and takes the time to really know her clients. As someone who sends and receives a lot of flowers, I have never had flower arrangements last as long as the ones from Nicole's Florist do. Finally, the customer service at Nicole's Florist is unbeatable because of the genuine human connection that Bertha puts into her work. She really invests in understanding her clients, and this is evident in the arrangement, card, and delivery. I am thankful to have found Nicole's Florist and to have Bertha as a reliable florist.

Called when we landed at the airport to be by in 20 min to grab a floral arrangement for our aunt on the way. The kind lady created this gorgeous arrangement. Thank you!! Our aunt was thrilled!

My brother lives out of state and used Nicole’s to send me flowers. He worked with Bertha on the phone and she was FANTASTIC. She made a special delivery trip just for him/me to get me the flowers on my actual birthday which was a Sunday when the shop was closed. The flowers are breathtaking and the most beautiful, huge arrangement I have ever received. I’m so happy my brother found this florist and I can’t wait to use them myself. Thank you!! Ps - it’s impossible to capture these gorgeous flowers in a photo but I tried!

Bertha made a beautiful birthday arrangement for my daughter and brought them to her. She was absolutely amazing! Unbelievably sweet person with above par customer service. I will use her over and over again for flowers.

Wow. She understood the assignment! When our son died unexpectedly Bertha was kind and patient while I was trying to explain that I wanted bright, very colorful arrangements for the funeral. I wish I had taken a picture because words just will not do them justice. They were the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen, seriously. The flowers were fresh leaving a soft scent that filled the room. Bertha, thank you.
