I receive Birthday flowers every year from my best friend who uses Pats florist every year! Normally every I am in awe by what i receive… This year i was highly disappointed by the execution of the flowers i received. Although they offered my friend a $20 refund and had great customer service, we are on day two and my flowers are dying.. i will post what i received day 1, how they look day 2 and what they were suppose to be

I wanted to send flowers to my daughter for her 20th birthday. She’s attending VCU and I live in Virginia Beach. I was a little skeptical in ordering from anyone because of the distance and not being familiar with the area. I didn’t want to use the one 800 flowers I wanted of the arrangement to be sent to her already arrangedI went online and decided to use Pat’s. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. My daughter was so ecstatic and the flowers were beautifully arranged. I will say I will use this florist again and I recommended very highly to anyone.

Unfortunately, I have to post such a low rating. However, I did not get what I asked for on such an important day. We ordered a blue and white casket spray for my grandfather’s funeral. Was assured that I would be pleased with the arrangement. Upon the arrival of said arrangement- there was no blue in the spray. This is really unprofessional and disheartening in addition to all we are going through as a family.

Pat’s always does an amazing job. My Mom received a bouquet of brightly colored, vibrant flowers that made her birthday very special. She immediately sent us a picture and expressed her happiness and appreciation. Greatly appreciated and I am glad we can always rely on Pat’s Florist!

Beautiful flowers delivered on time. Easy online ordering and quick customer service. The person I sent them to didn't mention them the day after they were due....so I called to check with the florist who confirmed they delivered on time. So I finally asked my friend about it and she said she had not been outside all day! The flowers were there since the day before! Very pretty and exactly what I ordered. Thank you Pat's Florist!
