I am from Texas and needed flowers sent to my grandmother in the hospital. This shop does complimentary delivery to funeral homes and hospitals, which really impressed me! I called at 4:30, and they said there's a possibility they might be delivered this evening, or for sure before noon tomorrow. I had a great experience with their service!

Stacy was absolutely amazing in taking my order over the phone for a memorial arrangement. But when I arrived to pick up the flowers, I was stunned with the care, thoughtfulness and creativity. This was more than flowers, it was meaning. Thank you, Stacy.

Absolutely terrible experience with Stacy at Petal Creations. She was supposed to deliver flowers to my place of business before noon, but didn’t bother showing up until 4:15 PM. When she was asked about the delay, instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me, saying that she did not know that I “got off work early” — which was completely untrue and unbelievably rude. Her attitude was condescending and unprofessional from start to finish. I’ve never dealt with someone so lacking in basic customer service. I will never order from this shop again and strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.

A friend gave me Stacy's name at Petal Creations to design a bouquet for my niece's bridal shower. I gave her a picture of the paper plates we were using and she took it from there and created the most gorgeous arrangement. Very unique and contemporary. It set the stage for our food table. Everybody raved about them! Here's a pic. I was very pleased!
