Ordered online to have arrangement sent to a different city. I mistakenly ordered two birthday cards to go with the flowers and they called to ask if I meant to order two. So nice ! They had a great selection of birthday flowers to choose from! They delivered it to my 88-year-old mother with a smile and helped make her birthday special. I will definitely order from Phoenix Flower Shops again !!

I sent my daughter flowers decorated like a cake. It was absolutely beautiful online. And when my daughter received it, she was floored at how beautiful it was and how well it was put together. I am so happy to find a local source florist instead of the online chains who have nothing unique. Phoenix Flower Shops will always be my "go-to" florist when I send flowers to my two daughters, family and friends who live in Phoenix!

Update: After leaving my complaint below, about a day later I was emailed and left a voicemail to call back. They offered a refund or a new dozen roses. I chose the dozen roses and they were delivered the very same day. They were fresh and absolutely beautiful...thank you! I ordered these for my girlfriend and they were delivered on the 10th...as you can see, their petals were already starting to hamd down, and the petals already have some darkening on their edges. The second photo is two days later...already wilting and dying. I've had Safeway roses last twice this long. Very disappointing after paying $125. I've used this company before without any issues, but after this experience, I'm not going to order from them again.

I drove 20 minutes to this flower shop specifically because it opened early at 8 AM. However, upon entering, I was completely ignored. Despite standing there for five minutes, not a single employee greeted me or offered assistance. It wasn't until I was about to leave that someone finally acknowledged me with a belated "good morning." This lack of initial attention was incredibly rude, especially considering customers come to a flower shop expecting some level of service and a simple greeting. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Grew up with this shop in the neighborhood since the early 80s. They need a new sign though. Looks the same since my childhood. It'd be nice to see a minor upgrade. 😉
