This was a pleasant find, Last week I had to find flowers for a funeral last minute, and I was slightly disappointed that I hadn’t been more proactive so that I could find a nice arrangement. I noticed this flower shop across the street from the gym that I frequent, and I went inside to give them a shot. The staff was incredibly friendly and even took the time to make my arrangement quickly so that I would have it to take with me later that night. I cannot say enough about how awesome this place is.

- I ordered flowers for a family member’s funeral - picture attached. - At the funeral at Thompsons Funeral, the flowers with my note on it were on long-stemmed red roses…NOT what I ordered! Picture attached. - After a couple of phone calls to Flower shop & talking to Funeral staff, it was decided that the Florist staff would work with the Funeral staff to correct the error and put the note on the correct arrangement. They had 30 minutes before the service started. - After the funeral, I went to the restroom. When I came out, a Funeral staff member approached me to work with them to fix THEIR error. - I’m at my family member’s funeral and I had to fix THEIR mistake…when they told me they would. - Arrangements are never the same as the pictures on their website. I picked out what was close and the Funeral staff member switched cards. I said to the Funeral staff person, what if the red roses aren’t what they ordered? He shrugged his shoulders. - After the funeral, I had to tell the widower that the cards were wrong…because he had taken pictures of all the arrangements. He had to take two new pictures…while he’s grieving. - I paid $190 for the arrangement, which included a $15 delivery fee. It’s one mile from Thompsons Flower Shop to Thompsons Funeral…using their florist, shouldn’t they “waive” the delivery fee. I’m sure they delivered several arrangements. - I’ve always had great luck with Thompsons Flower Shop…but I’m so unhappy during a time when I’m grieving a family member and paid $190!

I called for a same day delivery and basically just crossed my fingers that things would go well. I gave them her favorite colors and the flowers she loves. Not only did it go perfectly, the arrangement was beautiful and reasonably priced. My friend loves her flowers and I have a new favorite florist on the west side.

Thompson’s did such a great job. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my special request for the arrangement was handled “no problem”. Their website is easy to navigate, they were on time and super friendly when I called with questions. Highly recommend.

Thompsons Flower Shop blew me out of the water! I called at 9AM asking if they could put together an arrangement as I had an employee whose daughter was in a bad accident Friday. I told the gal that answered I wanted something fresh and beautiful- colorwise blend with the fall. She do exactly that and had it ready early afternoon! The staff was friendly, keeps you updated via text as well! Working at a local business new to Arizona, will plan to use them again when the occasion hits!
